Brass North Partner Agreement

This agreement is between Brass North, Canadian-owned, and the partner store that accepts it on the sign-up form.

Featured spots

A featured spot is always labelled as sponsored on the caliber price boards and on the weekly deals page. It never changes a store’s listed prices. It never changes the ranking of the cheapest-price results.

Billing

Billing is monthly and prepaid. The partner can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. There are no refunds for partial months. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes are extra where they apply.

Weekly Email Sponsor is priced on request. After a price is agreed, that plan is billed the same way.

Founding partners

A founding partner’s first month on the Featured Store plan is free.

Referral commission

Referral commission is 3–5% of referred sales. There is no upfront cost. Commission is tracked through Brass North referral links (a UTM or ref parameter). Brass North reports and invoices commission monthly. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

The partner’s responsibilities

The partner is responsible for its own product legality, for pricing accuracy, and for compliance with Canadian firearms and ammunition laws and shipping rules.

Declining or removing a placement

Brass North can decline or remove a placement.

Ending the agreement

Either side can end this agreement with 30 days’ email notice.

Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.

Law

Canadian law governs this agreement.
